Job Description
On election date of 18/12/2021 (Any 4 hours from 09:00 to 17:00), SLS on-site technical staff will arrive the polling station for cargo receiving and checking all the tablet, NAS, and UPS equipment and make sure it is well functioning.
On election date of 19/12/2021 (06:30 to 22:30) SLS on-site technical staff will arrive the polling station and to perform set up of equipment. After the election, SLS on-site staff shall arrange to pack back all the equipment and waiting for SLS truck for collection
Scope of Service
The on-site technical staff shall provide the following services:
a) To attend to any enquiries raised by the polling staff and provide immediate trouble-shooting services on the operation of the EPR system.
b) To assist in executing the contingency and disaster recovery plan as and when required
c) To provided related services such as equipment delivery, relocation, set up, calibration, dismantling and removal of the EPR system
d) To work with 3rd parties for network connection of all equipment
e) To apply Nano Silver Ray coating on the surfaces of the public facing tables
f) To replace the reported faulty equipment immediately, and
g) To prepare and provide solutions when incidents occur during the polling period and until the end of polling
On-site Technical Requirements
a) University or technical institute graduate, or
b) Student of a computer related diploma or any Degree course, or
c) Working experience in supporting the operation and maintenance of computing system and network equipment.
